"Bloom County" to return

For some reason, the original was deleted. Here's the new version. I don't know what the difference is between the two. Possibly the present in Steve's hand but I may have just missed that the first time around.
 
Berkeley knows how to touch hearts and still be funny and entertaining at the same time. That's a true gift.

The text in panel 2 is turned around slightly. The first time around it was...

"Hey," its saying, "Goobers! You've made a mess. But tonight's special. Go find each other. Here's some pretty light to help."

Steve was holding the present in both versions.

He's done some cute things with color in the revival, but I love how the hospital monitors in the last panel look like Christmas lights.
 
...and Sith Lord Sexypants' heart grew three sizes that day.

Excuse me, I, uh, have something in my eye. Dang it.
 
I like the small Opus doll at Sam's bedside on Christmas morn. :bolian:

I think Mom will be more worried when she sees "who" broke into her house while sleeping. ;)
