Jeane Kirkpatrick was always one of my favorite images and references in the old strip. Bill the Cat's infatuation with and love for her was one of the funniest (and most disturbing) things about the classic Bloom County.
Is there an episode today?

Nope. Berkeley only posts on Saturday if he missed a day during the week. Usually it's Sunday through Friday.

I'd heard the name when I was a kid, but it was thanks to Bloom County that I learned who she really was.

Ah, Bloom County so classic even I have no memory of it. That's a vintage strip he just unbottled.
