"Bloom County" to return

This is AWESOME, and I have liked his page so I will get them forever and ever and ever. ;)

Also - it's only four strips, but if you haven't seen them, here's Hobbes and Bacon. If you're a Calvin and Hobbes fan, prepare to get the feels.

The cartoon aging process. The same reasons why the Simpsons and the South Park kids are still almost exactly the same ages they were 15, 20 or 25 years ago. :)

Coincidentally, the run of classic Bloom County strips on GoComics just ended. He should put the new strips up there. I wonder if he's planning on doing it as a daily, or just randomly when he thinks of something.

So far it seems inconsistent. After the second strip, I figured he would go for a MWF schedule but we got another one today, so who knows?

I wasn't a big Calvin & Hobbes fan (it happens!), but I liked them all the same. My favorite the third, the Hobbes-free strip in which Calvin and Bacon are playing with models.
 
This means there'll be a really crappy indie band named that by the end of the week (if there wasn't one already).

Well worth the risk, though, to have Bloom County back.
 
I wonder if he'll eventually set up an RSS feed or something to let us know when a new one appears?
 
It's like he never went away. My reactions to these strips are almost the same as they were to his classic ones when I was in high school. Comic strips just got a whole lot funnier.
 
Do we need to thank Donald Trump for the resurrection of Bloom County? :eek:

His presidential campaign is already responsible for David Letterman's latest Top Ten List since he retired this year. :p
