It's the 40th anniversary of the Kniefall von Warschau by then Chancellor Willy Brandt so I'm wearing an appropriate avatar today. Even though I wasn't alive back then this simple gesture of humility and asking for forgiveness has always impressed me.

Nice avatar, Count Zero. I visited that monument some years ago. Very moving.
