I have no idea where most TBBS traditions came from, but thank you for your role in this one.

IIRC Goji had his grayscale Village of the Damned avatar and I also had a black & white avatar (a Young Frankenstein one, I think) and we were posting after each other in some thread. The conversation turned to the fact that the avatars were all grayscale, and Flukie noticed and started the first ever black & white avatar week thread.
