Bill Todman Jr.

Okay, this is really obscure, and shows how much of a geek I am on so many different levels, but...

I noticed one of the executive producers listed in the credits for Trek XI is Bill Todman, Jr. Does anyone know if this would happen to be the son of game show producer Bill Todman? (For those who don't know, Mark Goodson and Bill Todman were probably the most famous team of game show producers ever, doing everything from What's My Line? to The Price is Right.)

I remember when Goodson bought out Todman... I always missed hearing his name in TPIR closing credits after that.

^ If I'm not mistaken, Todman died rather than being bought out. After a certain period of time where his name was kept in the credits out of respect, they switched to just saying "A Mark Goodson television production."

Is that true? I had always heard they'd had a falling out and Goodson bought him out... of course my knowledge is anecdotal and unattributable, so you're probably correct.
