Hmm..the biggest crybaby..would have to be that hypercondriac from "The Good Shepard". But he came through in the end. Another one would be maybe Neelix..I find him somewhat of a crybaby at times(even though I loved him to death as a character..he just tried too hard to impress everyone).

You're totally right, I had the right episode but the wrong character. Billy was a total pain, Even the Doctor started to resent him, only Tal seemed to understand him.
