BIG BANG THEORY was great last night. Captain Kirk is definately on the front burner, but Picard gets mentioned, as does Spock, Pon Far and William Shatner by name. This is a great show, and I love how it also plugs DC COMICS!!! every episode.
I do like how Star Trek creeps in to this hit show from time to time. It can only help keep the legacy alive. But it also is interesting that with over 600 hours of Berman trek (TNG-DS9-ENT-VOy) the Trek show that still resonates outside of THIS forum is...ta da...TOS, Starring William Shatner. It must get some of you anti-shats so angry to see this is still true after all these years of fetching about the guy. But it doesn't matter. TREK is a phenom, for sure. But the rest of the world, meaning non-Trek fans, still consider HIM, our lord and savior William Shatner, the GOD of Star Trek. There can be no debate.
