Beyond the Clouds - Dallas Area Fans, Book Signing

This Saturday, Sept. 20th, at the Barnes & Noble Bookstore on Mockingbird Lane in Dallas....

Richard L. Jefferies will be talking and signing copies of his book Beyond the Clouds. It's a biography he wrote on his brother, Walter Jefferies.... the designer of the Enterprise. He's a really nice guy. In fact, he had a signing this past weekend, but not a lot of people showed up (perhaps due to weather) but he's coming back this coming weekend. Hopefully, there's a better crowd. The book itself has neat pictures in it.

In case you're wondering... yeah, I work at the bookstore. I think he's one of the cooler authors we've had in the store so I'm helping spread the word. Please come out if you can!

Ahh, too bad. Thanks for the comment though! I hope there is a good turnout. Unfortunately this store is located in an area dominated by rich preppy kids. The non-Trek area of any city. So it makes me worried... but we'll see.
