I'm not a fan of her public personality, or of most of her music, but I thought her video for "If I Were A Boy" was first rate:

Looks: HOT! Music and voice: NOT! "Single Ladies" is one of the most annoying melodies ever sung, although I think the lyrics are good about making a commitment. I don't like a lot of her vocal choices at all, tends to oversing like a lot of female vocalists these days.
 
She's attractive but I can't say I have any interest in her music or life, so I don't bother with whether to like her or not.
 
Are you basically asking if I'd do her up the bum? sure, but I'd draw the line at listening to her music.

Nice music. Nice voice. Catchy songs. Looks beautiful. While not her biggest fan, I like what she does. :)

Looks - Stunning
Personality - Seems nice, aside from toilet flushing habits ;)
Music - Up and down, some songs I love, some are skippable
Acting - Not the greatest actress but I've liked most of the movies I've seen her in.
 
I put her in the same category as Mariah Carey. Beautiful, very talented, and mostly annoying musically. Why can't she use her powers for good?!?!

Beyonce seems (on the surface at least) to not be as big a narcissist as Mariah. That woman seems to think she's God Almighty or something. They BOTH annoy me musically.
 
I loved Mariah Carey when she actually used to sing words. For a while there her songs were nothing but her hitting a bunch of random notes while rappers actually "sang" the lyrics.
 
I think she's lovely and has a great voice, but I like her songs less and less as she puts more out. "Single Ladies" has to be one of the most annoying songs in the last five years. And between that, "If I Were a Boy" and her latest "Best Thing I Never Had" you'd think she was the one abused by a boyfriend, not Rihanna...

Bringing Gaga's "Telephone" to a screeching halt didn't help my impressions of her either.

Also several of her videos have displayed characteristics of soft core porn, hardly a role model for young women - unless the porn industry is now considered a good career choice?
