Better Late Than Never

I'm surprised there isn't a thread for this show anywhere, considering one of its main stars.... unless I just didn't find it? Anyways, I am finding it hilarious, and wow, Shatner does NOT look his age. He honestly looks like he could still play a pretty good Kirk. Very funny, very active. I just saw him try to box George Foreman, lmao. Hilarious stuff. He looks healthy. Great toupee too. ;)

Its William Shatner, Henry Winkler, George Foreman and Terry Bradshaw going to hang out and explore Asian countries for a month or so together. None of them have been there, but better late than never.... a play on the fact that they are all older gentlemen. Its only 4 episodes. They start in Japan, and end up sleeping in a hotel that is more like a storage container to start out with, and it goes from there. They explore strange new... cuisines and cultures while ribbing each other and waxing philosophically along the way. Its a comedy/reality show, probably one of the only shows of the type that i have ever watched in my life.

I LOVE this show. Actually talked other people into watching it.

Of course I love Shat. And as a native Pittsburgher, Terry is the man. And the Fonz? Why not. The kid and Foreman are ace too.

Funny and goofy and vastly entertaining. Sorry to see it end.

There was. I created one

I hope there's a second season with Takei and another set of old guys. Gary Busey has to be one of the old guys

LOL at the other guy's taking bets on where Shatner would kick it.

Terry is a stubborn redneck. At least try something once.

George Foreman was pretty shy. They kept showing him sleeping

Henry Winkler was a nerd

So many funny moments like Shatner trying out that chili pepper.

I tried to seach the show's title before I made this one... not trying to retread it. But yeah, this was hilarious, and way more entertaining then I was expecting.

Still can't get over the Shat looking as healthy and young as he does at 85. He could definitely still cameo as Admiral Kirk and head up some type of adventure. It absolutely cements it in my head - Kirk was killed off decades prematurely.

I wonder if a new season would be new old guys, or just the same group exploring a new area? Does anyone know how far the real life friendships extend, or was this all studio designed?

Shatner playing pranks on the other guys the whole time was great..... that restaurant? Couldn't pay me to eat most of that stuff.... XD

Watched it for the Shat who is pretty amazing when you take his age into account. As I mentioned before somewhere on TBBS if you can get past how manufactured it is the show can be entertaining and there's some fun locales and situations. At six episodes I think it doesn't overstay it's welcome.
