Oh how I long for a gun!

So, I thought you'd be taller...

Now, step through the door the nice man has opened for you...

We're not mole-people, you know!

O'Brien: Exactly! Exactly! See, you understand! Now why can't she see that? Why can't she be more like, uh...
Bashir: More like...?
O'Brien: Err, um, a man, more like a man.
Bashir: So. You wish Keiko was a man.
O'Brien: I wish I was on this trip with someone else, that's what I wish.

They forgot to take that "thing" with them.

Being a hologram can be a real pain in the asymmetric photons.

My absolute favorite line in all of modern Trek: "it needs repair but I'm willing to bet you've brought one of those famed Starfleet engineers who can turn rocks into replicators!" That line is sharply written and delivered to perfection.

McCoy: Why is any object we don't understand always called a thing?
Isn't it lucky we just happen to be heading your way?

From "Star Trek: The Motion Picture":

Captain Kirk: Let's take a look. Full sensor scan, Mr. Spock. They can't expect us not to look them over now.

Commander Decker: Now that we're looking down their throat.

Captain Kirk: Right, now that we've got them just where they want us.

From TNG Season 2 episode "Time Squared" courtesy of trekcore (http://tng.trekcore.com/episodes/scripts/139.txt):

Code:
                   PICARD

   Agreed. So let's continue on
   course. Everyone return to your
   duty stations. Somewhere out
   there something will happen...
a decision will be made which
will cause me to become separated
from the Enterprise -- at the time
   that decision will seem correct,
   but it won't be. [U][B]We have to[/B][/U]
[U][B]anticipate and not make the same[/B][/U]
   [U][B]mistake once.[/B][/U] Something is
waiting for us out there -- let's
determine what it is as quickly
   as possible.

Here is a little more of the scene to put Picards words in context:

Code:
STAR TREK: "Time Squared" - REV. 2/7/89 - ACT TWO 25.

71 CONTINUED: (2)

                            WORF

There is the theory of the
moebius, a twist in the fabric of
space where time becomes a loop
from which there is no escape.

                            GEORDI

So, when we reach that moment --
            whatever happened will happen
            again... The Enterprise will be
            destroyed, the "other Picard" sent
back to meet with us and do it
            all over again.
                (he shudders)
            That sounds like someone's
            definition of hell.

                            RIKER

I know this much -- we can't avoid
            the future.

                            PICARD
