not neccesarily the trek movies that were released around winter (although all of these were), but the ones that have Christmas scenes, or have abit of a Christmas feel etc. that might put them on your list of films to watch at chisrtmas (along with likes of Die Hard, Gremlins, Batman Returns etc)
The obvious being Generations with Picards 'nexmas' fantasy (possibly inspired by PStewarts love of A Christmas Carol? or maybe Generations is set at Christmas and is why Picard is feeling all festive?). also parts of the score sound abit Christmasy (probably due to being used in Picards fantasy),
Next chose VI as you have the Alaskan snow prison planet*.. but also theres a theory I read the film might be set a Christmas as in the kitchen (where Valeris vaporises the cooking pot) they are preparing turkeys ('is Star Trek VI a Christmas movie?'). Also might consider it a Christmasy movie for that period it came out: the 25th anniversary, VI, Unification = lots of Trek presents that Xmas
Then IV as you can't get away from that Christmas bells score! (did Leonard Rosenman write it at christmas I wonder?) and overall feel good 'christmas vibe' of the movie (although not a snow flake in sight)
(* obviously ST09 also has a snow planet but would consider it more a summer Trek movie like II, III, V, ID, BEY)
