Best trek lines, good or evil

Shatner's reaction both to the line "he's dead already," where it hits him that Spock is about to die, as well the sheer look of horror when Spock gets up to come near him and Kirk realizes Spock is blind and walks into the divider, are what sells just how god-awful the situation is.

Blinded again.....more seriously this time. So much for the inner eyelid, at least at that moment.

Just came across a good one I'd forgotten.

Star Trek IV:

KIRK: Mr. Spock: have you accounted for the variable mass of whales and water in your time re-entry program?
SPOCK Mr. Scott cannot give me exact figures, Admiral. So I will... make a guess.
KIRK You? <laughs> Spock, that's extraordinary.
<He steps forward, shakes Spock's hand as though he had just come through a great transformation. In high spirits, Kirk leads Gillian off the bridge, leaving a puzzled Spock.>
SPOCK
I don't think he understands...
BONES <uncharacteristically kindly> No, Spock. It means he feels safer about your guesses than most other people's facts.
SPOCK You're saying... It is a compliment.
BONES It is.
SPOCK: Then I'll try to make the best guess I can.

Khan:

“Oh, there has been technical advancement, but how little man himself has changed…”

Forget Ceti Alpha V…I would have stranded him in Warhammer’s universe;

I expect a lot of these lie ahead for me, since I'm doing a rewatch, complete with occasional bingeing apparently...

"Live, Jadzia Dax. Live a long, fresh and wonderful life."

If only... :(

I have a bunch, but I'll just share these three for now.

"Oh! Oh, it's me, isn't it!? I'M the someone! I'm the one it finds! That's what this launching is - a probe that finds me in the future!"
-Picard, TNG "The Inner Light"

"Well, congratulations Jim. Now we've got no Captain and no goddamn first officer to replace him."
"Yeah, we do."
-Doctor McCoy and Kirk, Star Trek 2009

"IT'S THE TITAN!!!"
-Boimler, LD "No Small Parts"

I've posted this bit of dialogue before in another thread, but it really made me appreciate the character of Garak in a way I hadn't before. It sort speaks to how Garak loves his country, even though he's keenly aware of its many sins. It also stresses the importance of confronting (in one way or another) those who seek to destroy what little legitimate glory (ie not based around harming others) one's own nation has. It's very salient to me, especially nowadays.

"All during the years of my exile I imagined what it would be like to come home. I even thought of living in this house again with Mila. But now she's dead, and this house is about to be reduced to a pile of rubble. My Cardassia's gone."
"Then fight for a new Cardassia."
"I have an even better reason, Commander. Revenge!"
"That works too."
- Elim Garak and Kira Nerys
