I know the producers lobbied to get the Data/Queen kiss to be nominated for best kiss on the MTV Movie awards.

I liked:
- the friendly goodbye non-romantic Picard peck to Lily at the end of FC

Janeway's passionate liplocking with the alien Kashyk in "Counterpoint." One reviewer described it as "a German shepherd jumping on a yorkie." Poor woman - it had been 5 years, after all.
