Best/strongest episode for each character

Curious of other's thoughts if you had to choose one episode that would be your favorite performance by each character. Mine would be:

Kirk - "Balance of Terror" - I wavered with "City on the Edge of Forever" and "A Piece of the Action." Balance is just such a strong episode for me and one of my favorites from so many different levels.

Spock - "Amok Time" - With due respect to "Journey to Babel," so much is unraveled with "Amok Time" concerning the Vulcans and and who hasn't experienced a little pon farr before.

McCoy - "The Empath" - While not in my top episodes, I felt this was a strong McCoy role. It showed his strength and didn't relegate him to an overzealous nagger as I felt some episodes did.

Scotty - "The Trouble with Tribbles" - Other episodes had more focus on Scotty but the bar fight and ,moreover, the Kirk inquisition after the fight was just tremendously fun.

Sulu - "The Naked Time" - Sulu the Buccaneer, nuff' said. Really I thought his character was the most under-utilized and had a tough time outside of this one.

Checkov - "The Way to Eden" - Corny 3rd season episode but Checkov was showcased. He got more girls than I realized when thinking about this. There were others too.

Uhura - "Mirror, Mirror" - Just a strong role. She overcomes her fear/anxiety and the scene distracting Sulu was phenomenally well done.

Chapel - "What Are Little Girls Made Of?" - Wasn't going to include her and I think pretty obvious choice here. I was never really a fan of Chapel. I liked Majel's role as Number One and then Troi's mother but Chapel was kind of a sore thumb in TOS for me.

Would love to hear thoughts from others...
