Best Season three of all the series

Went for Voyager's season 3. There was really good episodes in this season. Before and After was one of the greatet episodes.

TNG, by a couple billion miles.

i still feel it's more uneven - qualitywise - than TNG's season 4, but the high points of season 3 remain - almost 20 years later - the high points of the series.
