Best Reed episodes?

@FederationHistorian, you started three threads in 23 minutes, without posting anything substantive in any of them. Kind of spammy. Please have another look at our board rules.

How about going back and giving us your opinion of each of these characters' best episodes, and why. Set the tone for the rest of our members by actually contributing to each of your threads. And wait a few days before starting another thread, okay? Thanks.

The Vulcan story arc where he uses his security knowledge that the Vulcans are liars about the embassy bombing .And the Klingon story arc in season 4 and Demons and Terra Prime.

I'm going to say "MINEFIELD" is his best one.

Not only is it a tense episode throughout, and a definite standout episode of season 2 and the series as a whole, but we get into the character of Reed a lot.

We see his views on how captains are supposed to be with his subordinates, we learn he's aquaphobic (something I share with him), and does not hesitate to do the difficult tasks.

We get a bit of the 'why' about Reed, which is the main reason why "MINEFIELD", I think, is his best episode. Particularly since he is so tight lipped about himself.

I totally agree. I love "Minefield" and "Shuttlepod One". I enjoyed the season 3 arc with Hayes and the MACOs.

Shuttlepod One, most definitely. Ragitsu beat me to the pun.

I think Reed is a very underrated character, and that he had a lot of potential that could have been explored. I would like to have seen more about him. Archer gets a little old.
