Kirk didn't have a ready room that we saw. There was a briefing room, but it wasn't Kirk's office. Kirk's cabin was split into work and living spaces, so one could say that the work area was his office.

I always liked Picard's aquarium. Built into the wall like that, it was really cool.

I'm not sure exactly where it was located on the ship (logically it was behind the bridge connected to the same corridor), but it did have a ready room somewhere. I don't know if those were the only time the sets were seen...

My preference is for Janeways Ready Room then Picards.

I like Picard's ready room from the Enterprise E. I prefer it to the Enterprise D's. I really like the design of the doors to Sisko's office.

Picard's seemed to have more class, but Janeway's looked way more comfortable.
