Good one...
Here are some others that popped up:
From 'Trouble with Tribbles'--I had to look up IMDB to get McCoy's initial quote for my post--the banter between McCoy and Spock:
McCoy: Spock, I don't know too much about these little Tribbles yet, but there is one thing that I have discovered.
Spock (interested, as if McCoy has actually discovered something): What is that, Doctor?
McCoy: I like them....better than I like you.
Spock: Doctor?
McCoy: Yes?
Spock: They do indeed have one redeeming characteristic.
McCoy (interested, as if Spock has actually discovered something): What's that?
Spock: They do not talk to much. (at McCoy's look) If you would excuse me, sir.
Actually, the entire scene itself is pretty funny...
****
Another one, from the same episode: Kirk wants to slap some authority against Nilz Barris for calling his attention to an accusation that Cyrano Jones is a Klingon spy; Kirk also takes a quote from Cyrano Jones when he excuses himself from Nilz Baris:
Kirk: Unfortunately, disrupting a space station is not an offense. Now, excuse me. I have a ship to tend to, au revoir...
Obviously, if it was anyone that was on Kirk's good side, it would have 'fortunately' not been an offense...
