In the episode ‘Night Terrors’ Picard is travelling to the bridge on the turbo lift when he has a hallucination. The ceiling of the turbo lift appears to closing down on him. Believing he is about to crushed Picard lets out a desperate yell before the turbo lift door opens to a bewildered bridge crew =]

But I love it more when he draws that "smiley" and gets an attack of the giggles first!

In the episode "Genesis," when Picard is hunting for the de-evolved Worf, who sprays vemon on him, which lets out a yell of pain. And in First Contact, Picard yells in anger when after he shoots the two Borg with the tommy gun in the holodeck.
