OK, while Riker is more known for his over-the-top yells, Picard has had his fair share of them, too. Let us now reminisce about these exclamations, shall we?
The first two that come to mind are:
-My favorite, from Chain of Command, Pt. II, he has the last word with Madred, when he yells, "THERE . . . ARE . . . FOUR . . . LIGHTS!" (That's my current signature -- are you surprised it's my favorite?)
-From Yesterday's Enterprise, my second favorite, when Guinan is trying to convince Picard he has to send the Enterprise-C back in time, and she's saying he has to trust her, he hollers, "NOT GOOD ENOUGH, DAMNIT! NOT GOOD ENOUGH!"
