Best moment in "Hide and Q" no sorry the whole series

Garak007

Lieutenant
Red Shirt
All this talk of the episode of "Hide and Q" about what uniforms were used in another topic I had to make a new post about the best part in the whole series.

Why o Why could they left just leave it as it was and only have Worf resurrected and the acting in so bad.

You know what it is...... :guffaw::guffaw::guffaw:

^Lol. It's always funny to watch Wesley get owned, whether it be getting bitch-slapped, getting a facefull of ice-cream, getting an absolute bollocking, or in this case getting skewered on a spike on a totally fake looking planet!

Seems like the whole first series was done on a lower budget then TOS. The sets were bad & the acting was bad. Yes there was some good moments but it has dated.

They did eventually change the planetside set look by the 3rd season. I'm guessing Maurice Hurley liked the look of the old TOS planet sets? Still, there were a few good ones, like Last Outpost, Arsenal of Freedom.

Um yeah, childish..I'm no fan of Wesley, but this is pretty old and tired..

Worf certainly has grown in maturity over the years. It's hard to believe Worf of DS9 could be owned as bad as he was in this episode.

I am not a big fan of Wesley, but every time I see that scene I think "god that looks really painful". Kind of violent for a prime time show in 1988 too.

A person wrote a comment on YouTube about this scene which is quite valid.

Why all of a sudden Wesley was concerned about Worf? They never were friends or built up any relationship. :wtf:

erm, well, his mother is a doctor so maybe some of that might have rubbed off on him? But what I don't get is why people are so determined to hate Wesley that, when he does something like try to help a fellow crewmember, it's looked on with suspicion.

You're right. We should all stop making fun of Wesley and spend the next forty, no sixty years dumping on Ron Moore for making Bullshitstar Garbageca (Battlestar Galactica for dummies).

It IS the more relevent bitch.
