Best Line in the Film?

I love "best line" threads because it brings so much back.

For me the best line was:

"I've got your gun."

Big audience response from that one too. And so Kirk!

Kirk to old Spock: Bullshit ! :p
You thought saying "man" was bad ?

Just kidding. Can't choose right now. I'll think and post later

There are many, but I will go with Spock's log entry after his return from Vulcan

I'll remember more once I've seen it a few times, but there were many great lines.

Young Spock's flippantly casual line about his bullies attempts to illicit a response from him. Most of Kirk's lines in the Kobayashi Maru test. Pike's "Punch it!". McCoy's "Im a doctor, not a .." whatever it was and "That green-blooded hobgoblin!". Old Spock's "I have been and always shall be your friend". Scotty's "You eat like a bean and you're full" to his little alien friend as well as "I'm giving her all she's got Captain!" and Kirk's "I've got your gun". These all stand out to me, but my head is still a blur. Lot's of great dialogue.

No question about it.

"I have been and always shall be your friend"

It brought the house down. A women next to me started crying her eyes out.

Spock had a good line (can't remember the wording) about how wishing his younger self to "live long and prosper" would be pretty self-indulgent.
