I had to give this some thought, as the multi-parters tend to run together for me, so seperating them into their individual episodes isn't easy for me. I went with United, In A Mirror Darkly Part II and Demons.

Difficult to choose individule episodes because of the arc-based stories.
I went with 'Cold Station 12' for being very dark and shocking (scientist getting killed by deadly virus and one of the augments getting shot in cold blood).
'The Forge' was a superb homage to everything trek with a Vulcan-based story. The whole three parter is brilliant though.
'In a Mirror, Darkly Part I' for that excellent teaser and more fan service with the mirror universe and an explanation as to what happened to the Defiant from the Original Series.

"Terra Prime" and the two Mirror Universe episodes.

Beyond the top three I'd pick the two Klingon disease/forehead ridges episodes and "Babel One."

Season 4 is a tough one -- hardly any crap compared to 1-3. So I went with my gut; Terra Prime, IaMD (watched the entire first 10 minutes or so standing), and surprisingly, Home, edging out OE and The Forge.

While that certainly sounds like fun, there are easier ways to see who voted for it.

I voted for it, yeah. Home, In a Mirror Darkly (part 2, but either would have done) and TATV.

Oddy, I find I've probably watched TATV on DVD more than any other Ent episode. I love seeing 2 of my TNG "friends" back for another visit (TNG is my favourite TV show, period). I love many of the quieter moments of the episode, Archer and T'Pol talking in Trip's quarters, the Trip and chef scene. I have nothing to apologize for. I watch TV to be entertained, and for whatever reason, I'm very entertained by that episode.

So there.

Mind you, "TATV" has still been laboratory proven to cause ass cancer and milk to spoil. But for now I'll let you have your moment.

Observer Effect and the Mirror Darkly episodes, though I like most of season four very much. The only stinkers (and no, I don't mean TATV) in my opinion without any redeeming qualities are Storm Front 1 and 2. Boy, I hate those episodes with a passion. They're just bad, bad, bad and as necessary as a whole in ones head. [/RANT]

But the rest is quite all right. I tend to see Terra Prime as the series finale.

TATV is a TNG episode. That makes it watchable, especially if you keep reminding yourself that they're watching a holo recording, so it's not necessarily "history". Otherwise it would be a tad stupid.
