My favorite have to be Sacrifice of Angels. That was the coolest thing i saw when it first premiered. Seeing the federation kicking some major ass on such a huge scale was awesome. But The Way of The Warrior is a close second.

Wow -- There's not a single vote for Tears of the Prophets. Granted, it's not the most exciting space battle of the series, but there are some awesome shots. The Jem'Hadar suicide run and the focus on the Romulan Warbird for example.
Don't worry, I was going to mention Tears of the Prophets. The orbital platforms are amazing to watch. Nice SFX by... whatever company did that. I like the shot of the Valley Forge flipping over.
Way of the Warrior probably. It was also one of the 1st ds9 episodes that I saw, so I am kind of prejudiced.
Oooh, I have to mention the Jem Ha'Dar. Not only is a great introduction to a long running enemy, but the fact that we saw how TNG battle tactics weren't going to cut it against these guys. Plus, some great music, some great special effects and pacing, with one hell of a twist.
All good choices, however, my vote goes to "What you leave Behind" with the combined forces of The Federation, Klingon Empire, The Romulan Star Empire and then when the Cardissians hear about how the Dominion is Destroying Cardissia city by city, then also turn on the Dominion. I think before the Cardissians turn on the Dominion the battle scenes are among the best in Trek. And when Weyoun gets word that the Cardissian Fleet has joined the Federation and it's allies the Dominion retreats back to Cardassia and sets up it's final stand, high drama and high tension, to me it rates with the best DS-9 Battle Scenes...
