Best Cover/Tribute Bands

I'm constantly blown away by the level of performance and faithfulness to the originals done by The Fab Faux. Here's a set recorded live in studio, the second side of Abbey Road (mostly).

These guys are studio musicians but they love Beatles music and play it as faithfully as possible, down to the guitars and amps, drums, etc.

I was a big fan of the Journey tribute band, Departure, until the lead singer faked a hip injury and they replaced his with a near sound alike. They they fired him when they found a Guatemalan guy on on You Tube that sounded more like the original fake lead singer.

That story sounds almost like the real Journey.

My favourite band of all-time are Genesis, and there's a great tribute band called The Musical Box. They nail it.
