Chacotay #6? He just sleeps with women and act unemotional. Sometimes he complains or makes vague refernces to his undefined stereotypical Indian beliefs.

Usually when your favorite (best) characters post shows up I’d nominate either Garak or the great Gul Dukat. But today I’m sponsoring Quark…what a great actor… totally and almost single-handedly rehabilitated the Frengie race …you know after how they were portrayed in TNG.

Even with that huge amount of makeup he was able to communicate a lot of thoughts, emotion, mental calculations and feelings with eye and facial movements...esp when he was in the background and others were doing the talking.

The guys a real pro...keep in mind the writers made Garak compelling, Quark jsut worked with what he had.
