I would go with piccard.

Yeah she got her crew stranded in the Delta Quadrant, but she sticks to her principles. And she's so adventurous, I would love to be exploring all the time. Plus she's a girl, lol.

Gotta go with the original: Kirk (sorry, Pike, April, Archer, etc., but ya'll just can't compete). Kirk knew how to get things done, and wasn't worried about hurting feelings along the way.

I would roll with Picard if given the choice... Better chance of getting out alive.
