Worst. Makeup. Ever: The guy Liam Bilby and pals shoot in "Honour Among Thieves", the alien with the odd "handle" joining his scalp to his chin. It's almost embarrassing looking at this guy
Oh, yeah. I have to agree about that last guy. It looked like a fleshy pair of scissors. That entire episode, I wanted to grab it and yank the end off of his chin. His mouth was normal, so that was just a complete "Say what?" moment for me. I also hated the Skreean make-up. It was even worse when Quark talked about how they flaked everywhere. Disgusting!!
As for best, I think the Cardassian and Ferengi make-up jobs are my favorite. Despite being fairly heavy makeup and prosthetics, they look natural.
I'm not a huge fan of the alien make-up school of thought where just some painted on dots, a tiny nose prosthetic, or a lumpy forehead prosthetic is "good enough".
