I'm a little confused, were the wolf pack not able to see Sally?

Yes, but most ghosts are idiots who cannot do that, otherwise they would have ironed her quickly.
I couldn't believe how dense those wolves were.
Josh is a super wolf plus.
Regular werewolves are a shitty underclass that would quickly be thought as sex toys and/or food to the super wolf pluses.
Josh was not going to sire regular werewolves, he was going to sire super wolves plus.
They were signing their own death warrants as a species.
Ditto for the super telepath leading the Vampires these days.
He's going to want to hang out with his own kind, even if he has to make them, eventually because it is exhausting to mask himself from everyone always.

With the shows cancellation, it's a possibility that these men might end up on Cable and you can see a little bit more.

I was surprised that Aiden killed Suzanna, but I guess that probably was the only way that really could have ended.
I really hope Josh and Nora are back together before the show ends, they're a great couple.

So this ghost Ramona has been residing in the house all these years, and she shows up two episodes before the series finale? Why didn't or couldn't she get out from the secret room before? Was the room warded that not even Crowley could get in? Ichabod? Oliver? Agent Coulson and his team?
Josh lost control again when the no good pack of wolves came knocking at their door. When he did, he ended up killing Astrid. Aidan lied to Kenny in order to protect Josh, but the lead vampire found out anyway.

This Ghost is obviously the "invisible" Ghost that killed Robbie, and has been moving stuff around for a while now, not to mention that Sally was there when she was murdered in the 70s half a season ago.
I get that Ramona was the girl who was stabbed in a ritual sacrifice, but I thought the murder had taken place elsewhere. It seems they've only focused on her story this season.
On a good note, Sally was able to help Josh face his inner wolf, from which he had been running away for a long time. Hopefully, no more uncontrolled transformations.

Well, supernatural rules are always a bit haphazard. I suppose initially Sally didn't know how to leave the house so who knows?

And she was at the house with her sister...so there's definitely more to her than what she said. But it IS a little weird that she never encountered the trio (other than they just thought up this idea this last part of the season).
I enjoyed this one. Lots of interesting developments.
I'm glad we got a fair amount of resolution here. They've dealt with the werewolf pack, the girl who was sacrificed, and Josh's out of control werewolf side. I was actually pretty happy with all of these resolutions. The pack's end was pretty gruesome. I was sad to see Astrid killed so soon, I was curious to see where they were going with her and Kenny's whole Romeo & Juliet Werewolf/Vampire relationship. After this one I'm curious if the show is going end with the gang moving out of the house. I'm thinking it'll be either that or they'll buy it.

Wow. The housemates got a visit from Beatrice, Ramona's surviving twin sister, who told them about the cult sacrifice 40 years ago. Blaming her sister for her death, Ramona now killed Beatrice and held the roomies hostage, leading them to confront their own personal guilt. Sally found out that Ramona wasn't really a ghost, but the personification of evil trapped within the property.

Well, it looks like that is happening -- acording to the previews...but wondering if any fans of the show would have been interested in buying it?

I just watched the series finale. Man, I can't believe my Monday night friends are gone - Sally, Nora, Aidan, Josh. 
I must say it didn't go out with a bang, and the story was pretty slow during the first half hour. Sally sacrificed herself to turn Aidan into a mortal man, but his physical body started to deteriorate, giving him only one week to live. The three surviving friends tried to move on with their lives without Sally. With his last ounce of strength, the ex-vampire confronted Ramona and burned down the house, which they should have done in the first place. This final selfless act gave Aidan a soul and turned him into a ghost, but not for long, and thus he reunited with Sally in the afterlife. Josh and Nora lived happily ever after.
When Sally gave up her spirit, I was kind of hoping the trio would come up with a plan to bring her back. Also, I thought it would be nice for the four of them to find a new life together in a different setting, but it just wasn't meant to be. At least Aidan and Sally would have all of eternity together.

Is Robbie still out there as a ghost? Did the burning of the house open up his door?
So are the Boston vampires going to run amuck without any leaders to keep them in check?
Will DCFS arrest Josh & Nora, as apparently they are neglecting to look after toddlers who are running free in the wilderness?
