Wow! Thank you!Glorious!
I know what you mean. However, just to be true to the original, I am considering making a 3 footer as accurately as I can. My goal is to remake the title sequence as accurately as I can. But I will absolutely keep this in mind. Hmm. Maybe one of these days ...I would love to see the 3 footer done up in CGI but with a production/11 foot type lower saucer.
Thank you. I really want my memory back!
You are absolutely correct. I need to fix that.FYI - on this version of the Enterprise the 3-fin radiator thing on the impulse spine should be removed if you want super accuracy. I found out this was installed on the series-version of the ship but not on the WNMHGB pilot ship... All these years and I only noticed that it wasn't there![]()

Thank you! My health is okay at the moment. I need my memory to return. Man, it is rough.Nice one!
I hope your health will improve ASAP.![]()
About my memory, my health ... or the image?I am so sorry…
I always did like Where No Man Has Gone Before. The opening shot of the USS Enterprise has always been a favorite of mine. I know I've tried this before, but I like this version better. Done in Blender 3D and GNU.

Thank you! It's not just you. It's how you're seeing the blurring that I've added to the scene. I wasn't sure if I had added too much or not. I'll look it over. Thank you! That's a lovely angle @scifieric
The textures and lighting are excellent. It might be just me but the Enterprise seems a bit out-of-focus...
That is VERY kind of you! Thank you!Of course it is WAY to good looking compared to what it was like in the '60's on those NTSC colour screens but it has that retro nostalgic feel to it.![]()
That is a spectacular compliment! Thank you!She looks so lonely and spooky framed and lit like this. in other words, spot on for that episode!![]()
I am certainly glad that you are doing better. My wife tells me that I am doing better, but I know that I am not doing better ... enough.I hope that you are doing better with the COVID recovery. I definitely had COVID-brain for a couple of months after our close shave in January, but I honestly think that working on The Beast not only kept me sane but also helped get the fog out of my head. I hope that you will have the same results.
