I'm so glad I stopped in here today! This is a wonderful way to unwind after a strange work week. (Why is it that short weeks seem to stretch out longer than a regular work week?)

It's an orange hot sauce. Not very hot but fairly flavorful. Good on eggs. Has a wooden top. As I recall it is a common condiment in restaurants in California. Here it is pretty hard to find, in fact my last source of it has dried up

I think that'll only do for the U.S. and Canada, but if there's no simpler and more local means available, teacake should still be able to order Cholula from Amazon.
