Personal preference:
1. TNG.
2. TOS.
3. DS9
4. VOY
5. ENT

Overall quality:
1. DS9
2.TNG/TOS
3 ENT Season 4 (Though close to tie with TNG and TOS.)
4. VOY
5. ENT Seasons 1-3

It was kinda sorta created by Gene Roddenberry, and as much as I utterly despise TNG, that simple fact does give the show an aura of legitimacy which toxic discharge such as DS9, VOY and ENT cannot claim.
