I thought it was pretty cool, actually. A video highlighting all of the various Christmas alien encounters. And I especially liked the ending. They're coming!

but for a man who is a good singer, he is doing an awful job of that, in this video, unless of course he is singing sarcastically.

also on another level this video opens up an old wound for me Attack of the Graske does not count, it is a game, the very fact that the Doctor takes me & every other gamer as his companion in this means that it does not count.

But despite Attack of the Graske's ambiguous canoncity, we know elements of it are canonical, as the Graske has reappeared in two Sarah Jane Adventures serials and "Music of the Spheres." So, I'd assume other elements could be canonical. Captain Jack doesn't say that the Doctor saved the Earth with the aid of you the viewer using his television remote; he just says that Graskes like to replace people.

also if I recall correctly Torchwood episode "Out of Time" was set over Christmas Eve, but since it didnt feature a big alien invasion, I can see why it wouldn't feature

If I remember right, it runs for the whole week before Christmas. The plane appears on the 18th and disappears again on the 24th.
