CBR| Batman Meets the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in New Animated Movie

Warner Bros. Animation and Nickelodeon are teaming up for an animated adaptation of James Tynion IV and Freddie Williams II's acclaimed crossover miniseries Batman/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles with the DC Comics original animated movie Batman vs. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

Out in spring on BluRay, UHD and Digital (though no word on a DVD), the movie stars the voices of Troy Baker, Darren Criss, Kyle Mooney, Baron Vaughn, Eric Bauza, Rachel Bloom, Tom Kenny, John DiMaggio, Tara Strong, Carlos Alazraqui and Cas Anvar.

Wow, that is not a comic I would have expected to get an adaptation.

When I first saw the headline, I was hoping for another Batman: The Brave and the Bold movie like the Scooby-Doo one. Although I'm not sure which TMNT cast I would've wanted them to cross over with. The 2012 series was my favorite, but it was 3D. Although they did have those Turtles go 2D when they crossed into the world of the '80s Turtles.
