I would imagine it's an Epix exclusive in the States, but dunno for sure.Is there any chance this is going to be on HBO Max?

Check your local library, they might have the DVD of the first season. (Mine does.) And if not, they might be able to purchase a copy and add it to their collection so you and others can borrow it. That can take a couple of months, but it's better than nothing.I really wish this was streaming somewhere for free legally. I know the first season is available to buy, but I'm trying to limit entertainment purchases right now.
