Bajoran PADD Help

Hello everyone,
I purchased this Bajoran PADD recently and am looking to display it, however I would like screencaps of this particular PADD seen in the show. Can anyone help?

It might be the one used in "The Jem'Hadar" (season two finale) - that was a gray version and I believe it had Bajoran text and an emblem on the display screen. I can't really see too clearly, but maybe check the PADD that Third Talak'talan gives to Kira, from New Bajor.

I checked and the graphics don't match. This one's Bajoran emblem is on the left side arranged vertically while the one in the episode is arranged horizontally. =(

Supposedly this was used in Unifications Part I and II from TNG but I poured over the episode and no where is this seen. Perhaps its a prototype version of the Bajoran PADD or an earlier version?

Maybe it wasn't actually on the show? Or the was never visible?
