Didn't see any posts about this. Bad Lieutenant is the new(ish) band with Bernie Sumner and Steven Morris formerly of New Order and Joy Division. (This is their band minus Hooky, the base player from those two previous groups.) Their first single, Sink or Swim, is available free (you have put your email on their mailing list) via download from their website badlieutenant.net. The song is also available to hear free without downloading on their Myspace page.
This is for the three of you out there who still remember New Order.
Anyway, the song itself is rather catchy pop. Without Peter Hook's driving baseline, the song sounds a bit off, like New Order went a little too cheery. But overall, I like it.
