Bad Boys 3 going into Development

Just as things are starting up for BB:3 word comes today that Martin Lawrence's other franchise is now in the works.

Big Momma's House 3 in development.

Randi Mayem Singer ("Mrs. Doubtfire," "The Tooth Fairy") has been hired to pen a third film in the "Big Momma's House" film series for 20th Century Fox says Variety.
The storyline is being kept under wraps though David Friendly and New Regency are set to return in producing capacities.
Martin Lawrence starred as an undercover agent and master of disguise in the first two films which grossed $174 million in 2000 and $138 million in 2006.

Surely Martin can jungle these two movies in his big schedule of offers and commitments.
