Yeah I didn't really get the meaty side dish with pancakes either, but I love bacon pancakes so who am I to judge. Hell, I've been to pancake restaurants where they serve pancakes with a load of kebab on top.

I guess I should explain the pancake bit. When you go into a diner and you order pancakes it almost always comes with the option of getting a meat along with it. the two dominant options are bacon and sausage. Sometimes Canadian (aka fake )bacon is an option as well as corned beef hash. As tasty as those are though, this thread is about the two champs of the diner breakfast world; bacon and sausage
