The title says it all, really. ;) It's a pretty good deal, if you haven't already picked these up.

I don't know how long it'll be marked down from the usual $80 price. These things usually only last a day or so.

Be warned, it takes a degree in mechanical engineering to get the discs out of the tray holders.

^ I dunno, it might be worth the extra $5 to not have to go into a Target. ;)

Yeah, it's frustrating when disc sets are like that. I've started putting my DVDs into these. I was reluctant at first, because I liked having them on display, but now that I've done it, I'm glad.

You can get it for $20 at Best Buy with a printable coupon. It was $15 for a few days on Amazon. I should have gotten it.

Fixed

I don't know about you but my Target is alot more cleaner than Walmart(Which sadly does personify the white trash image)

I don't even know where my nearest Walmart is, actually. It hasn't really caught on in the Bay Area.

I've got two Targets near me, though, and they're both pretty depressing.

I simply swapped the DVD discs with BD ones because I liked the DVD packaging better for one and because of the stupid holder things in the BD set.

Did they fix the picture framing issues that were in the first dvd versions?

Considering there's been a re-release of the DVDs with the corrected framing issue I'm going to go with "Yes" on that, plus having the set I can say I've noticed no framing issue.

I can also say that the movies made the conversion very well and look gorgeous. I saw the anniversary re-release of the movie in theaters and that alone was awesome, the colors and details in the set are great, deep black levels, and I noticed things in the movie that I'd not noticed before. (Namely that the gaurd-structures on the "C-pillar" and around the front bumper of the DeLorean were vented, I had always thought they were solid metal structures but they're actually mesh.)
