Darth Pazuzu, you got the bonus question right...but the quote was from the Trainee Crewman towards the end of TWOK....

That same actor, Nicolas Guest, had a bit part in 'Trading Places' as one of the snotty acquaintances of Akroyd's ex...(My boyfriend was watching the movie the other day, and I thought it was interesting seeing yet another Trek actor in a film, playing against type...)
