Babylon 4

I wouldn't put too much stock in those Wikipedia lists, most of them border on nitpicking and hair-splitting.

I wrote most of that list (all except for the bit about Garibaldi's hair) and I got the info from the Lurker's Guide. :p
No offence intended, though I still stand by my statement.
Doesn't Sinclair tell the shuttles to stay 18 kilometres away and wait for their signal in Babylon Squared, but 2.5km in War Without End?
Yup, at least according to the subtitles I have on file. I can only assume they had O'Hare re-dubb the line when they filmed WWoE for some reason. That or it's an alternate take from 'Babylon Squared'. Perhaps it's because the visuals make the shuttles look a little closer than 18km?
Shall we ask Jan what the scripts say? ;)

What always bugged me more about the end of that shuttle ride in B^2 was the way Sinclair and Garibaldi seem to suddenly catch sight of B4 all at once; and then we cut to CGI, and it's freaking' huge right in front of them. Had to have been visible for hours as they approached. Why are they so surprised?

They just came around a space-corner. There was a dark-matter asteroid in front of them. Sinclair had forgotten to retract the blast-shields off the windows until just then.

B4 was slipping in and out of present time. Sinclair didn't pick up anything as they entered Sector 14, but suddenly he did. Even the shot as they enter Sector 14 (you can argue if it's an FX glitch or not) there is nothing in front of the rescue shuttles. Despite what we saw in War Without End, it may have been coming and going until finally it stabilised.
