B5 guest star question, season 4 final episode

So I finished Season 4 in my quest to watch all of B5. In the final episode of that season, there is a character named "Brother Daniel." Who plays him? I checked the credits (or thought I did), but couldn't find it. Sounds like Hugh Grant, but I doubt that.

Any ideas?

There is a character named Daniel, but he's not one of the monks. Daniel is the SS-looking guy who appears in one of the future segments. He's played by Eric Pierpoint.

The two monks are Alwyn (Roy Brocksmith) and Michael (Neil Roberts). You were probably thinking of Brother Michael. Linky

Thanks.

Pierpoint I recognize as George (Sam) Francisco from Alienation (the tv series).

This episode always kinda depresses me.

I know what you mean about its depressing aspects, but ... I found it strangely uplifting. Despite all of the changes throughout the centuries we see that there is still something to be hopeful about.

Fate shmate, it was the barest taste of precognition, which felt magical, although I assumed that the colony of telepaths would turn out to be, and lochly, wow, i never saw that coming an then she starts hooking up with and hells i really never noticed the rangers symbol on Earth a million years in the future until it was pointed out because I was too busy thinking about how crappy their encounter suits were, which would only have been necessary if they had modified future species just like the Vorlons had so that they would respond favourably...

Though, knowing that delenn would make it through no matter what did take a little wind out of my sails, because sometimes that girl really deserved a bullet for being so preachy, and gosh darn it if another franchise didn't help me out with that fanatasy.

The real Ghost Busters nod was nice too. :)

The only thing I didn't like about it was it gave away the fate of B5!

Strictly speaking that was given away as early as 'Signs and Portents'. Earlier if you count the opener: -
"Babylon 5 was the last of the Babylon Stations."
^Emphasis on the past tense.

Still, without a context in which to view that fact, it's ultimate fate is unknown, just as knowing Londo is going to die in 20 years with G'Kar's hands around his throat (which was in the very first episode) didn't blow the whole Centauri/Drakh/David storyline for anyone.
