so Friday my girlfriend and i are at work (we work at brookstone in princeton) and we're talking at the front of the store about ds9 and who just happens to walk in? Avery frakking Brooks! my mouth hit the floor. we couldnt believe it! i mean what were the odds, we were talking about what a good show ds9 was and he just strolled in! so i rushed over to him and introduced myself and he ended up buying a nose hair trimmer! ha! sisko is my 2nd fav captain (kirk=1)and he just came into my work! just wanted to tell you guys haha!

Pretty cool, trekkier. As many of you know, Brooks is a theater professor at Rutgers Univesity in New Jersey. Is he still bald? -- RR
That's really cool. I met Avery Brooks at a con once and it was very cool. I wish I could bump into him like that though. I think he's great!
