In the comics, the apartheid regime tried to make Wakanda a bantustan. The first outside the physical territory of South Africa, it can be argued (with help from the Marvel Atlas). The Panther of the day and his troops sent them back to Pretoria packed in caskets. More than once, I'm told.

The idea of South Africa playing both itself and Wakanda on-camera sounds entertaining in its own way.

What a load of bollocks, it's been bone dry in Southern England, no rain what so ever and certainly no floods along the Thames in Surrey!

Yeah, this is starting to have a ton of characters. I still trust Marvel, and Joss Whedon though, so I'm not too worried.

What this is, is people who want to see their female fan favorites be crammed into one movie just to suit them without wondering or reasoning how these characters will even fit into the narrative (I've seen this in a few articles, in particular ones about the SHIELD show at the Mary Sue blog)-I wish that people would enjoy the movies and the TV show and trust in the makers of both to do their jobs.

As do I, luckily though, I haven't been too affected by the wet weather and I assume that the news website, which is the BBC for Surrey has been updated in the two weeks since I posted what you quoted or you just didn't check the page. I was trying to make a joke (with a hint of irony) and point out that just because it was in the sun, it doesn't mean that this time, it was wrong.
