Avatar Help?

I wanted to use this as my avatar, but I can't get the file size any smaller...it doesn't come up right when I upload it here.

Can anyone help me out with this, i have no clue what do do???

Hm, you could use this ...

I know, it doesn't look as pretty as your original version (because it has only 22 frames instead of 85 and uses less colours), but at least it fits the board restriction of 70kb.
