AV Challenge: Renegades or their Minions

i'd like the War Chief, the Monk and the Rani to come back. done properly (which i'm sure Moff would) i'd bet they'd be great villains.

Well I really liked the War Chief in War Games, unlike the Master who's completely evil/mad, he seemed more of a well reasoned bad guy.

It would be nice if they gave us some new reccuring enemies. I have a few ideas but I'm saving them for when Moff comes a calling

The Master has varied quite a bit through his regenerations.

Delgado was somewhat less insane than Ainley for example.
