August Art Challenge: "Essentially, a great rock [opera] in space."

Music and Star Trek. Two subjects I have appreciated my whole life. Well, the challenge for August is to combine them into some expression of your art.

The criteria:
- Take at least two lines from a song and create a Star Trek piece that relates to those lines.
- No previous use in any official Star Trek film or series. IOW, no "Faith of the Heart," no "Magic Carpet Ride."
- The lines and artist attribution should be included as part of the artwork.

Any and all subjects are welcome. Any and all media as well.

Entries should be submitted to Ptrope at ptrope AT gmail DOT com by midnight on Aug 31st

I am no artist I come here to view the art pretty frequently. I can't draw worth a shit, but if I could I would use the scene from Star Trek 4 when Kirk is beaming onto the Klingon ship. I would use the song Foreplay/Long Time from Boston. "It's been such a long time, think I gotta get going, time dosen't wait me it keeps on rolling."
